Spacey

Spacey is a card & board game that can play up to 4 players and the whole concept of the game works similarly to Monopoly where players collect resources and move through the board to colonize planets and fight them out.

As part of our very first assignment in our course on immersive media, we learn the fundamentals of gamification concepts through board & card games. We would then split into groups to come up with our very own card/board games with our own set of game mechanics and concepts. This module and project were a stepping stone and introduction to understanding game mechanics and how to balance out certain features in the game. I have picked up fundamental knowledge of game-making through this project.
